A professional rubber products manufacturer faced significant constraints due to their traditional floor-level cooling line layout. The setup consumed valuable workspace and created lengthy material transfer routes, slowing production cycles. With growing market demand, this inefficient layout had become a major bottleneck hindering business development.
We innovatively designed and implemented an overhead rubber cooling line system. This solution maximizes upper-level space utilization by vertically arranging the cooling process, achieving a "production below, cooling above" spatial model. The system features a multi-layer circulating cooling structure integrated with intelligent temperature control and automated guidance, creating an efficient and continuous cooling path within limited floor space.
The implementation of the overhead cooling line fundamentally optimized the workshop layout. The production process became more compact and logical, with substantially shortened material transfer distances driving significant overall efficiency improvements. Additionally, the workshop environment became cleaner and safer, establishing a solid foundation for future smart manufacturing upgrades.
