This equipment is designed for cooling rubber sheets after the mixing and sheeting processes. It is widely utilized in continuous production lines across various rubber product industries, including tires, conveyor belts, seals, hoses, rubber and plastics, cables, and foaming applications. Its primary function is the rapid cooling of mixed rubber sheets.
It is used for cooling, stacking and collecting the rubber sheets after mixing and plasticizing in internal mixer and sheeting in open mixer or sheeting by twin-screw extrusion.
The product can be customized, with intelligent control system, mostly adopting PLC control, frequency converter speed regulation with wide applicability, customization and high efficiency cooling.
