Product Function

The control system manages the entire machine's functions, including:

  • Main motor start/stop operation

  • Mixing chamber tilting and reset/stop

  • Raising, lowering, and stopping of the floating weight (ram) in the feed unit

  • Temperature monitoring and display for the compound

Product Features

  • Available with pneumatic or hydraulic ram systems.

  • Material is processed under pressure from the floating weight (ram) within a sealed mixing chamber.

  • Two rotors, counter-rotating at differential speeds, perform kneading actions (shearing, compressing, stirring, folding) on the material:

    • Between the rotors themselves.

    • Between the rotors and the chamber walls.

  • This action efficiently plasticizes (or blends) the raw material into the required compound.
