Mainly used for the mixing and final refining of rubber or rubber-plastic materials.
This system has achieved the control function for the overall machine, enabling operations such as the rotation, stoppage of the main motor, tilting and resetting of the mixing chamber, lifting and lowering of the top pin on the pressing device, and monitoring and display of the temperature of the rubber material.
There are two types of devices: pneumatic and hydraulic. Under the pressure of the upper top bolt and the seal, the materials are processed in the sealed mixing chamber. Through the shearing, squeezing, stirring, and rolling actions between the two rotors rotating in opposite directions at a certain speed ratio and between them and the wall of the mixing chamber, the new materials required for plasticizing (or mixing) are produced.
