I. Customer Background

A specialized hydraulic fluid pipeline manufacturer in Northern China, supplying critical fluid connection systems for construction machinery and heavy equipment. We planned and implemented a complete intelligent rubber cooling production line system, covering the entire process from material extrusion, precision temperature control to automated cooling and shaping. The new system features modular design with real-time temperature control and automated conveying equipment, achieving a full transition from semi-automated to fully automated hose production.
